About the Opportunity

Duncan & Ross is seeking an OpenShift Administrator to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their expertise in managing robust container platforms.

Role Overview

The OpenShift Administrator will be responsible for the administration and support of Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of platform operations within Vertical Technology. This role involves a blend of operational tasks and technical support, contributing to the efficient functioning of critical systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters and platform operations.
• Perform regular upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Provide L1/L2 support and coordinate complex technical issues with Red Hat support teams as needed.
• Manage OpenShift networking, security configurations, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), certificates, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Support incident, change, and problem management processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Deliver technical guidance, best practices, and facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical role, demonstrating foundational knowledge in system administration or platform operations. Specific experience with Red Hat OpenShift is highly valued.
