About the Role

Hilton is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to directing daily hotel operations and ensuring the delivery of memorable guest experiences. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of hospitality and operational excellence within the hotel environment.

Role Purpose

The Operation Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of hotel functions. This includes leading operational teams, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with established brand and company standards. The position plays a key role in enhancing service quality and guest satisfaction through effective leadership and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and manage daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with all brand and company operational standards.
Monitor guest service trends, assess overall satisfaction, and develop strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive long-term service quality improvements.
Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to improve processes and team performance.
Drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting clear goals, facilitating service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics.
Cultivate a high-performing team through effective performance management, professional development initiatives, and recognition programs.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations management. Success in this role is defined by a strong passion for hospitality, integrity, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
