Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:

• Overseeing day-to-day rental operations.
• Managing fleet planning, equipment allocation, and scheduling.
• Coordinating deliveries and returns to ensure high utilization and minimal downtime.
• Supervising service and maintenance workflows.
• Ensuring adherence to safety standards across all operations.
• Monitoring equipment condition and readiness for deployment.
• Managing vendor and client relationships effectively.
• Preparing comprehensive operational reports and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and cost control.
• Leading and coaching operations staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Supporting compliance with local regulations.
• Resolving operational issues promptly to maintain consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations management, particularly within heavy equipment and machinery rental or a related industrial sector.
