Levers Motors is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Heavy Equipment & Machinery to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the day-to-day rental operations for our specialized fleet, ensuring high utilization and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:

Overseeing day-to-day rental operations.
Managing fleet planning, equipment allocation, and scheduling.
Coordinating deliveries and returns to ensure high utilization and minimal downtime.
Supervising service and maintenance workflows.
Ensuring adherence to safety standards across all operations.
Monitoring equipment condition and readiness for deployment.
Managing vendor and client relationships effectively.
Preparing comprehensive operational reports and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and cost control.
Leading and coaching operations staff to foster a high-performing team.
Supporting compliance with local regulations.
Resolving operational issues promptly to maintain consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess:

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations management, particularly within heavy equipment and machinery rental or a related industrial sector.
