The Operations Supervisor Role

Noon is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing and optimizing operational processes within grocery fulfillment, ensuring high standards and productivity. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Building and developing a responsible team to ensure maximum productivity while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Managing performance by developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational productivity and effectiveness, including root cause analysis (RCA) for any issues.
Taking ownership of the entire order fulfillment cycle and managing timely transfers and inbounding of regular stock.
Coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams within Noon, including commercial, logistics, seller operations, vendors, and in-stock teams.
Leading, motivating, and developing an operative team within grocery fulfillment operations, ensuring the highest standards are achieved across all areas for all staff. This includes performance, disciplinary, and absence management.
Ensuring timely correspondence, reports, and statistics related to warehouse operations are shared across all levels.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily operational activities to meet business objectives.
