The Role: Operator III, Recycle

We are seeking a Full-time Operator III, Recycle to join our team in Riyadh. This role is central to the effective and safe operation of our RECYCLING PROCESS production facility. The Operator III ensures that all activities align with overall production requirements and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify quality defects during the production process and report any concerns to the Supervisor.
• Enhance operational efficiency by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to cost reduction efforts through optimizing cycle time.
• Actively participate in team-based preventive maintenance activities for machinery.
• Prepare the work site for both operational and maintenance tasks, including machine start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, report equipment malfunctions or status, and ensure proper handover for safe operation.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on machine production and efficiency to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of all defects and good parts produced during the assigned shift.
• Report and coordinate with the Supervisor regarding any machine abnormalities.
• Contribute to overall productivity and process enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness within the designated work area.
• Comply with all employee standards, including adherence to environmental and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Operator III, Recycle position should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment. A strong understanding of operational procedures and a commitment to safety protocols are essential. The ability to identify quality issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain accurate records is required.
