About the Role

Swan Global is seeking an ORACLE EBS SUPPLY CHAIN & PRODUCT HUB CATALOGING FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules, focusing on functional support, maintenance, and enhancements within large enterprise environments.

Role Overview

The consultant will be responsible for managing critical supply chain and product cataloguing processes, ensuring system efficiency and compliance. This involves a blend of technical and functional expertise to support various project phases and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, maintenance, and enhancements for Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules.
• Manage inventory, procurement, warehouse, order management, and product cataloguing processes.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, production issues, and system enhancements.
• Manage incidents, service requests, system releases, and user training.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and service-level requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in government or large enterprise supply chain/logistics projects.
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, implementation, testing, and production support within Oracle EBS.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to support project and operational needs effectively.
