About the Organizational Change Manager Role

Wipro is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for facilitating the successful adoption of IT implementations within client organizations. The role requires a professional who can strategically manage the human aspect of change, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained engagement.

Role Purpose and Context

The Organizational Change Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organization's IT implementation goals. This involves understanding the impact of new technologies on various business areas and employees, and proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize disruption and maximize adoption rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive OCM strategies that align with the organization's IT implementation goals, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new technologies.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand their concerns, gather feedback, and communicate the benefits of IT implementation to gain support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of IT implementation on various business areas, processes, and employees, and develop mitigation plans for potential challenges.
  • Design and implement communication plans to effectively convey IT changes, project milestones, and benefits to all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Create and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new IT systems and processes.
  • Identify and address resistance to change by proactively managing concerns, addressing misconceptions, and providing support to employees during the transition.
  • Evaluate the organization's readiness for change and develop interventions to enhance readiness and minimize disruption during IT implementation.
  • Establish OCM governance structures to monitor the progress of change initiatives, track key performance indicators, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with IT project teams to integrate OCM activities into project plans, embedding change management throughout the IT implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational change management, with a strong focus on IT implementation projects. A proven ability to develop, implement, and manage change strategies in complex environments is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
