Job Summary

TCS is seeking an OT/AIoT Engineer Industrial Connectivity to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on the development and integration of operational technology and industrial internet of things solutions. The position involves working with various industrial control systems and ensuring secure, reliable data exchange between OT and IT platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop and integrate solutions across DCS, PLC, SCADA, OPC-UA, and industrial historian environments.
• Configure secure edge connectivity and facilitate real-time and historical data exchange between OT and IT platforms.
• Troubleshoot data quality, latency, connectivity, and availability issues within plant environments.
• Interpret PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives, cause-and-effect diagrams, instrument indexes, datasheets, and network drawings.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience with development and integration in industrial control systems.
• Strong understanding of process control networks, tag structures, alarms/events, notifications, sampling, and time synchronization.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, network segmentation, access control, backup/recovery, and OT cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with OT networks, zones/DMZs, firewalls, certificates, identity/access management, patching constraints, and disaster recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in refinery or continuous process industries.
• Exposure to AVEVA PI/Aspen IP21, edge analytics, MQTT, or equivalent industrial integration technologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics in OT environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, and ISA-95 concepts.
• Relevant control, networking, cybersecurity, functional safety, or commissioning certification.
