Senior Technology & OT Infrastructure Analyst

About MBRF and the Role

MBRF is one of the world’s largest food companies, impacting thousands of families globally. This full-time role for a Senior Technology & OT Infrastructure Analyst is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves supporting and improving technology and automation infrastructure across various operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve technology and automation infrastructure across factories, corporate, and commercial operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, telecom, virtualization, end-user systems, business applications, cloud/SaaS services, and industrial technology environments.
• Support operational technologies including SCADA, automation, PLC integrations, IoT, dashboards, CCTV/VMS, and Access Control systems.
• Translate business and operational needs into secure, practical, and scalable technology solutions aligned with architecture, cybersecurity, and operational standards.
• Support infrastructure projects from planning and technical evaluation through implementation, testing, and handover, including business case and investment inputs when needed.
• Work closely with vendors and technology partners, coordinating technical activities, supplier performance, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Identify infrastructure, cybersecurity, and lifecycle risks, lead root-cause analysis, and drive improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate IT/OT asset, software, license, and lifecycle records, along with technical documentation, procedures, and support materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field, with 2-5 years of overall experience required.
• Hands-on experience in IT/OT infrastructure, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments.
• Solid understanding of networks, servers, telecom, cloud/SaaS, and business applications, with exposure to industrial technologies such as SCADA, automation, PLC, and IoT.
• Experience in infrastructure projects, technical troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Based in Jeddah or open to relocating to Jeddah.
• Relevant certifications in IT, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, or project management are a plus.
