OT Cybersecurity Engineer

About the Role

AIQU is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a contract position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role involves both onshore and offshore assignments and is offered as a 12-month extendable contract.

Contract Details

The position is a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is outsourced through AIQU/TASC, and the work schedule follows a rotation of 28 days on, followed by either 7 or 15 days off.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Conducting security assessments and vulnerability management for OT systems.
• Responding to and investigating cybersecurity incidents within OT infrastructure.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations for industrial control systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in OT cybersecurity or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and best practices applicable to OT.
• Ability to work effectively in both onshore and offshore settings.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam, KSA, and requires travel to both onshore and offshore sites. The work type is contract-based, with a structured rotation schedule to accommodate the operational demands.
