The Role: P3O Officer

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a P3O Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for supporting governance, coordination, and portfolio management activities across multiple projects and programs. The P3O Officer ensures standardized reporting, accurate portfolio visibility, effective documentation, and adherence to established project delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project and Program Managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project portfolios.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI trackers, performance summaries, and regular progress reports.
• Maintain project and program documentation, including risk, issue, dependency, change, and stakeholder registers.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, milestones, baselines, dependencies, and progress updates.
• Coordinate and consolidate project and program status reports, highlight reports, management dashboards, and board reports.
• Ensure projects and programs follow approved governance standards, reporting mechanisms, templates, and procedures.
• Support the implementation of consistent project management standards, guidelines, and delivery templates.
• Track cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes, and escalate where required.
• Facilitate project start-up, planning, risk, issue, and closure workshops when needed.
• Assist in quality reviews, delivery tracking, transition management, and overall project governance activities.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent portfolio reporting.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the P3O Officer position are required to have 5 to 10 years of professional experience. This experience should demonstrate a strong background in supporting project, program, and portfolio management functions within an organizational context.
