About Foodics and the Partnerships Internship

Foodics is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider, established in 2014 with its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company operates across 5 countries and serves customers in over 35 different countries globally, having processed more than 6 billion orders. As a rapidly evolving SaaS company in the MENA region, Foodics recently secured $170 million in its latest funding round. We are seeking a Partnerships Intern to join our team in Riyadh for a summer internship. Please note that this internship does not offer compensation, nor does its completion guarantee full-time employment.

Role Overview

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience within a corporate partnerships team. The intern will learn about the operational aspects of partnerships in a real-world business environment, contributing to various functions and developing essential professional skills. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and contribute, with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and present findings to the team.
• Assist in the preparation of slides and presentations for partnership initiatives.
• Support partner relationship management, including follow-ups and addressing inquiries or issues.
• Aid in the coordination between Legal and Finance departments to streamline the partner cycle.
• Maintain and organize partner records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Contribute to tracking partner operational performance and preparing performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, on communication and updates.
• Help organize partner onboarding and training sessions, including recording, sharing, and archiving materials.
• Support various campaigns and co-marketing activities.

Learning and Development

During this internship, individuals will gain exposure to several key business areas, including:

• Insights into B2B commercial plans, covering their development, handling, and management.
• Practical experience with business case scenarios, forecasting, and execution strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate from any major.
• Demonstrated determination and ability to navigate challenges.
• Good communication and explanation skills.
• Fair proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Eagerness to understand market updates from a user perspective.
• Interest in technology or SaaS is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
