About the Role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Parts Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily Parts operations, focusing on efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The Parts Supervisor will lead a team to achieve operational excellence and ensure seamless Parts activities that support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Parts operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock control activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
• Manage Parts resources, equipment, and manpower to achieve productivity targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Parts associates and MHE operators to deliver high performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure service level agreements and KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor Parts processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure Parts equipment is maintained and utilized effectively.
• Support workforce planning and manage overtime and operational costs.

The Team Environment

The Parts Supervisor will be part of a dynamic logistics and supply chain team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The team collaborates to deliver efficient Parts and distribution services while upholding high standards of operational excellence, customer service, and workplace safety. This role involves interaction with various stakeholders across the organization and contributes to the continuous improvement of Parts operations.
