About the Role

Salt is seeking an experienced PCMCS Consultant (Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) to join a leading organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the design and delivery of enterprise-wide profitability and cost management solutions. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of up to 30,000 SAR per month.

Role Overview

The PCMCS Consultant will contribute to large-scale Oracle EPM Cloud programs, assisting finance teams in enhancing cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial reporting through Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS). Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle PCMCS solutions, working closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver robust allocation models and insightful profitability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle PCMCS solutions for profitability analysis and cost allocation.
• Configure allocation rules, rule sets, driver-based costing models, and multi-stage allocation processes.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculation logic, and profitability models.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable PCMCS solutions.
• Perform data integration and data loading using Data Management (FDMEE) and other Oracle integration tools.
• Build and maintain dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, and financial models within Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Develop reports, dashboards, Smart View templates, and analytical views.
• Optimise application performance and allocation processing efficiency.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities through accurate cost allocation and profitability reporting.
• Troubleshoot calculation issues, data load failures, and system performance challenges.
• Lead Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Produce and maintain both technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with financial governance, audit, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle PCMCS (Oracle EPM Cloud) implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies and profitability management.
• Experience configuring allocation rules, driver-based costing, and multidimensional financial models.
• Good knowledge of General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and profitability reporting processes.
• Experience with Oracle Data Management (FDMEE) and financial data integration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EPM dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata management.
• Experience using Smart View and Oracle reporting tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge and an understanding of financial data structures.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
