About the People & Culture Executive Role

Ennismore is seeking a People & Culture Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of HR experience, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector. The role involves supporting a wide range of HR functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience aligned with Ennismore's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
  • Oversee employee onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a seamless transition and alignment with company culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
  • Coordinate with government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and HRDF for timely registration, updates, and compliance.
  • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) tracking and ensure accurate data reflection in government systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, addenda, and general HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records for all team members.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, GOSI enrollment, and leave management.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support the organization and execution of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events.
  • Plan and coordinate employee wellbeing and wellness activities.
  • Organize and execute cultural and social events, including National Day celebrations.
  • Administer employee satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and report findings to P&C leadership.
  • Handle daily HR operational tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and administrative support.
  • Liaise with the Government Relations Officer (GRO) to manage government platform requirements for visas, work permits, and employee registrations.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required by the P&C leadership team.
  • Ensure all HR practices adhere to Saudi Labour Law, Ennismore policies, and FAENA brand standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR or People & Culture, preferably within luxury hospitality.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government HR portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • This position is designated for Saudi nationals.
