The Role of Personal Shopper

Mytheresa is seeking a Personal Shopper to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a primary contact for top clients, developing strong relationships, and driving sales through personalized service and engagement. The Personal Shopper will be responsible for enhancing the client experience and fostering loyalty within Mytheresa's high-end luxury shopper base.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Mytheresa’s top clients, building one-to-one relationships through regular communication.
• Utilize individual order and return histories to gain a deeper understanding of client preferences and enhance service.
• Service both new and existing clients, ideally bringing a book of former clients.
• Develop and implement new selling strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Increase individual client spending and cultivate customer loyalty by understanding their style needs.
• Identify sales opportunities for requested items and suggest additional pieces based on client taste from weekly uploads.
• Curate weekly emails with personalized recommendations based on customer shopping behavior and preferences.
• Create and manage entertainment programs for top customers attending Mytheresa VIP events, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Manage Pre-Reservation processes four times a year and update customer preference sheets/profiles.
• Liaise closely with the buying team, brand team, and brands for re-ordering sold-out pieces.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in fashion, lifestyle, and design.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of work experience, preferably in luxury fashion, ideally within e-commerce.
• A strong interest in fashion and technology.
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented and proactive mentality.
• Enthusiastic, innovative, and creative approach to client engagement.
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Proficient with technology.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
