Role Contribution

The Personal Tutor plays a key role in inspiring and motivating students throughout their English learning experience. This position involves fostering student progress and enabling them to reach their learning objectives, which may include career advancement, studying abroad, or opening new opportunities through English language acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with students.
• Provide personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and targeted learning support.
• Conduct initial lessons, advising sessions, and regular progress reviews with students.
• Support students in maintaining motivation and achieving their defined learning goals.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, English-speaking environment throughout the learning center.
• Assist with reception operations, scheduling bookings, and enhancing student engagement activities.
• Acknowledge student achievements and contribute to positive learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure comprehensive customer service.
