About the Role: Physiotherapist Home Care

Watan Care is seeking a Physiotherapist Home Care to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential physiotherapy services directly to patients in their homes, tailored to their individual needs and established treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical condition, mobility, functional abilities, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Conduct physiotherapy sessions within patients’ homes.
• Prescribe and supervise appropriate therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and patient records.
• Provide recommendations to enhance patients’ mobility, physical function, independence, and overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Adhere to professional standards, clinical guidelines, and patient safety procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage home care visits.
• Previous experience in home care or rehabilitation is preferred.
