The Role: Home Healthcare Physiotherapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing home healthcare team. This part-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services directly to patients within the comfort of their homes, focusing on individualized care and optimal functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in patients' homes to evaluate their condition and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and requirements.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated to ensure effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on appropriate exercises, mobility techniques, and strategies for injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation for all patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless and continuous patient care.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Experience level: 0-1 years in physiotherapy, preferably with some exposure to home healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based physiotherapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and caregiver interaction.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position focused on providing direct patient care within their home environments across Riyadh. The role requires independent travel to patient residences and effective time management to ensure scheduled appointments are met.
