About the Role

LOGEX is seeking an experienced PL Acquisition Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to expanding LOGEX’s operational capabilities by leading the acquisition of logistics and delivery partners across the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end acquisition process for 3PL and fleet partners.
• Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard new logistics and delivery partners.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with logistics companies and fleet operators.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and formal partnership agreements.
• Evaluate partner capabilities, fleet capacity, coverage, and pricing models to ensure alignment with LOGEX standards.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and changes within the logistics industry.
• Develop and strategically expand LOGEX’s 3PL partner network throughout Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, 3PL, last-mile delivery, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with delivery platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, or similar companies.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi logistics and delivery market landscape.
• Solid knowledge of 3PL pricing models and fleet operations.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A robust commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• An existing professional network within the Saudi logistics/3PL market is highly preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to working within the local market to achieve acquisition goals.
