About the Planning Associate Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Planning Associate to join its operational team in Riyadh, located within the Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position dedicated to supporting the efficiency and reliability of last-mile operations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Planning Associate plays a key role in supporting daily planning activities. This involves analyzing operational data, forecasting demand, and monitoring performance. The objective is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery capacity, improve service levels, and drive overall operational efficiency within the quick-commerce framework.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily last-mile planning and operational execution processes.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
Monitor key operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, utilization, productivity, and SLA compliance.
Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Workforce Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in forecasting order volumes and workforce capacity based on demand patterns.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
Maintain accurate operational data to support planning and informed decision-making.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.
Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. This role is suitable for individuals beginning their career in operational planning or logistics.
