(Planning Manager)

About the Role

Alalameya Group is seeking a Planning Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in planning major construction projects, focusing on strategic oversight and detailed schedule management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update time schedules using Primavera P6.
• Conduct critical path analysis for project timelines.
• Work with FIDIC contracts, ensuring compliance and effective management.
• Prepare periodic planning reports, including weekly and monthly updates.
• Analyze project delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of practical experience in planning major construction projects.
• Preference for candidates with experience in hotel or tourism projects.
• Full proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
• Demonstrated experience with FIDIC contracts.
• Proven skill in delay analysis and EOT claim preparation.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience, with a specific requirement of no less than 15 years in planning major construction projects.
