About the Opportunity

Richemont is seeking a dedicated Polisher to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing high-standard polishing and re-finishing on luxury watches crafted from various precious metals, ensuring impeccable aesthetic quality and cleanliness.

Role Purpose

The Watch Polisher plays a critical part in the watch repair process, responsible for the meticulous preparation of timepieces for final repair. This involves ensuring that all watch cases and components meet stringent quality standards for finish and presentation, working with materials such as steel, gold, and platinum.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level polishing, re-finishing, and cleaning of luxury watch cases and components.
• Adhere strictly to established guidelines and work procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Meet defined lead times for all polishing tasks to support efficient workflow.
• Maintain a highly organized and clean polishing station and equipment.
• Manage and monitor the stock of polishing consumables, ensuring availability.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to optimize daily and weekly workload.
• Accurately record and report daily figures related to polishing activities.
• Strictly follow all safety rules and regulations within the workshop environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in polishing luxury watches.
• Certifications or proof of training from recognized watchmaking or polishing institutions/brands are considered an advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a workshop setting, requiring adherence to safety protocols and collaborative teamwork to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
