About the Role

Salam is seeking a Presales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the design and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives for large, complex projects. The consultant will work within a framework defined by client requirements, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Presales Consultant is responsible for delivering solutions that enhance Salam's services. This includes identifying and addressing technical or operational risks, as well as providing strategic technical recommendations for services and products. The objective is to meet the current and future expansion needs of customers by ensuring solutions are robust and aligned with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in responding to tenders and forming alliances with third parties.
• Provide technical consultancy services to clients and assist in technical informative seminars.
• Conduct desktop service feasibility studies and coordinate with presales interfaces.
• Deliver business value to customers by architecting effective ICT solutions that address their business problems, needs, and opportunities, consistent with strategic and business goals.
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships at multiple levels, both internally and with customers, by understanding their business context and unique situations.
• Collaborate with internal and external industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate the definition and development of solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation, and support of information systems solutions.
• Collaborate with the account team to meet or exceed revenue, product, customer satisfaction, and market share goals for assigned accounts.
• Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas within the presales domain.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant presales or technical consultancy capacity. The role requires expertise across multiple disciplines, including ICT architecture, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on delivering advanced cybersecurity and ICT solutions to a diverse client base.
