About the Role

NES Global Talent is seeking a Principal Specialist, Recycling Operations for a full-time position located in Riyadh. This role requires an experienced professional to lead and optimize processes within industrial manufacturing, with a specific focus on aluminum recycling operations.

Key Contributions

The Principal Specialist will apply extensive expertise to critical areas within recycling operations. Key contributions will involve:

• Applying demonstrated experience in secondary aluminum melting and casting operations.
• Leading and implementing operational improvement initiatives within recycling facilities.
• Potentially contributing to the startup, commissioning, or ramp-up phases of new or existing recycling facilities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must meet the following academic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A Master’s degree is considered desirable.

Essential Experience

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in industrial operations, including:

• A minimum of 12 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• At least 7 years of direct experience in aluminum recycling operations.
• Demonstrated experience in secondary aluminum melting and casting operations.
• Experience in the startup, commissioning, or ramp-up of recycling facilities is highly preferred.
• Experience working in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a professional industrial setting, often involving multinational manufacturing environments.
