About the Role

Aramex is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The manager will focus on analyzing existing processes, implementing best practices, and cultivating a company-wide culture of excellence. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of business processes to optimize performance.
• Drive the implementation of cost optimization projects in alignment with local country management and the strategic direction of Global PEX.
• Influence and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects within their areas, including Kaizens and A3 projects.
• Develop tools that support the mapping, analysis, and optimization of business processes.
• Conduct thorough quality audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and investigations on process challenges raised by local country management that directly affect daily operations and overall business.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies across departments.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to promote process excellence principles.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes through defined KPIs and report on outcomes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and best practices.
• Propose and highlight key projects and Kaizens that could be replicated across the network.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience of 5-10 years in process improvement, project management, and quality assurance within a dynamic operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the logistics or transportation management industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Manyard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) and other time and motion studies is a plus.
