About the Role

The Coffee Address is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing purchasing and supply chain operations to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services. The role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail and strong negotiation skills to secure the best value for the company.

Core Responsibilities

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the procurement process. This includes coordinating with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing and quality, meticulously tracking purchase orders from issuance to completion, and ensuring that all company needs are met efficiently and on schedule. The role also involves actively seeking and developing new supplier relationships to enhance the company's supply base.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Issuing and diligently following up on all purchase orders.
• Requesting and comparing price offers from various suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Preparing comprehensive reports on material and product consumption patterns.
• Actively searching for and onboarding new suppliers to expand the supplier network.
• Overseeing the provision of materials, both domestically and internationally.

Supplier Management and Negotiation

A significant aspect of this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The Procurement Specialist will negotiate terms and pricing to secure the most favorable conditions for The Coffee Address. Regular evaluation of supplier performance will be conducted to ensure continued quality and reliability. Furthermore, the specialist will coordinate closely with various internal departments to accurately identify and fulfill their specific purchasing requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proficiency in the SAP system.
• Familiarity with the product registration system in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
