About Moneymoon

Moneymoon is a Fintech platform focused on transforming short-term microlending through secure, compliant, and seamless peer-to-peer technology. The company enables individuals to support one another via a one-month lending model built on transparency, safety, and trust. Moneymoon is currently progressing through the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Regulatory Sandbox and preparing for full licensing, with robust cybersecurity governance being a critical aspect of its mission.

Product Design & UX Coop Program Overview

This internship position for a Product Design & UX Coop is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The program offers hands-on involvement in product design and user experience within a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and extend the existing design system, including components, tokens, and patterns, utilizing Claude Design for efficiency.
Redesign and improve user interfaces across the application and internal/back-office systems.
Prototype user flows in Claude Design and Figma, and validate them with users or internal stakeholders prior to development.
Write and refine bilingual product and UX copy, covering microcopy, empty states, error messages, and onboarding content.
Collaborate closely within the Product and Development cycle to ensure designs are implemented as specified.
Document design system usage guidelines to maintain visual and functional consistency across new features.

Learning and Development Opportunities

Design and improve product experiences for Moneymoon’s customers and internal teams.
Gain practical experience in product design, UX research, design systems, and AI-assisted design workflows.
Work directly with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other business teams.
Observe designs progress from initial concept and prototype to shipped features.
Build a portfolio with practical fintech projects.
Learn how a growing startup researches, designs, tests, and launches digital products.
Develop skills in stakeholder collaboration, UX writing, documentation, and design ownership.
