The Role of Product Management Specialist

The Product Management Specialist will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality training programs focused on digital banking product management. This position involves translating complex industry concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences for various professional levels, ensuring participants gain practical skills and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver digital banking product management training programs for diverse audiences, ranging from introductory to advanced levels.
• Translate complex product strategy, design, and delivery concepts into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding.
• Stay updated on the latest industry developments, frameworks, and best practices in digital banking and product management, integrating them into existing training content and developing new modules as needed.
• Provide mentorship during exercises, address learner questions, and adapt delivery to diverse experience levels.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience relevant to product management and training delivery. This background should include a strong understanding of digital banking principles and product lifecycle management.

Work Arrangement and Location
