About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap development. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on supporting the creation of AI-powered digital learning experiences. The role requires translating learner needs and business requirements into innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase product roadmap.
Oversee the development of AI-powered learning experiences, including adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized learning paths, content and assessment generation, and automated grading.
Develop learner models, recommendation systems, knowledge-tracking capabilities, and mastery estimation.
Collaborate with Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
Manage product requirements, technical specifications, AI solution evaluations, product experiments, and product analytics.
Ensure responsible AI, data protection, security, and compliance principles are integrated into the platform.
Develop and mentor Product Managers and serve as a product leadership reference for AI and learning across the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap development. Experience in AI-powered digital learning experiences is essential for this role.

Collaboration and Focus

This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development. The focus is on the intersection of Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, and digital learning.

Work Environment

The Product Manager will operate within a dynamic environment, working with technology, data, and learning teams to deliver innovative solutions. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
