Product Manager

I’m looking for a Product Manager to work with me on an early-stage startup idea and help shape, build, and validate it from the ground up.Responsibilities:

• Shape and develop the idea into a clear product and business model.
• Research the market, competitors, and potential customers.
• Conduct customer discovery and validate key assumptions.
• Define the MVP, priorities, and execution plan.
• Prepare and organize product requirements and core documentation.
• Help build the project’s initial processes and operating structure.
• Research and identify specialists across different areas and help build the team.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and other specialists when needed.
• Continuously test, learn, and improve based on real market feedback.

This is not just a technical role. I’m looking for someone who enjoys 0→1 building and wants to be involved in thinking, research, experimentation, organization, and execution — not just managing an existing product.

Hybrid – mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Riyadh.

The role will initially start as a paid position. If we work well together and decide to move forward with building the company, there is an opportunity to join the founding team as a co-founder.
