About the Role

Premium Medical Solutions (PRE-MED) is expanding its operations across Saudi Arabia and is seeking a Product Specialist – Orthopedics. This full-time role involves strengthening the commercial and clinical teams across multiple territories, with opportunities available in Riyadh, the Western Region, Eastern Region, Southern Region, Northern Region, and other areas across Saudi Arabia. The assignment of territory will be based on business requirements, candidate experience, and product specialization.

Orthopedic Specializations of Interest

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following orthopedic specialties are of particular interest:

• Trauma
• Upper Extremity
• Foot & Ankle
• Sports Medicine
• Joint Reconstruction
• Spine
• CMF / Maxillofacial
• Biologics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned orthopedic portfolio within the designated territory and accounts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital departments, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Promote PRE-MED's orthopedic products and solutions through product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions.
• Provide professional in-OR technical and clinical support during surgical procedures when required.
• Develop assigned accounts and identify new business opportunities across government and private healthcare sectors.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to territory and portfolio growth.
• Support product evaluations, surgeon education, workshops, clinical activities, and new product introductions.
• Follow up on tenders, product listings, awarded business, customer requirements, and consignment inventory within assigned accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs, and communicate market intelligence to management.
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and sales activity reporting through the company's CRM and reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations to ensure effective execution and customer service.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position. Opportunities are available across multiple territories in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, the Western Region, Eastern Region, Southern Region, and Northern Region. Specific territory assignments will be determined based on business needs and the candidate's experience and specialization.
