Product Support Specialist

About the Role

The Product Support Specialist at GCC Olayan in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for driving after-sales revenue growth. This full-time position involves promoting and selling genuine parts, service solutions, and maintenance contracts to customers across Saudi Arabia. The specialist will also provide field support to enhance customer satisfaction and overall after-sales profitability by generating new business and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Core Accountabilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual targets for parts sales, service contract sales, and total after-sales revenue.
• Promote genuine parts, lubricants, repair services, and preventative maintenance packages to customers.

Customer Engagement and Sales Development

• Execute structured weekly and monthly customer visit plans across assigned locations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, service jobs, and pending opportunities.
• Identify and target new fleets, workshops, contractors, and logistics operators across KSA.
• Conduct field prospecting through site visits to build and maintain a sales funnel of potential new customers.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain up-to-date customer visit reports and opportunity pipelines in the CRM system.
• Submit weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and forecasts to management.
• Ensure accurate CRM entries and comply with company reporting policies.
• Adhere to company safety policies and all Saudi regulations when visiting customer sites.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in after-sales support, parts sales, or service solutions within a related industry.

Work Setting

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular field visits to customer locations throughout Saudi Arabia to conduct prospecting and maintain relationships.
