About the Role

GDC Middle East (الشركة السعودية لتهيئة وصيانة الطائرات) is seeking a Production Control Clerk to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and operates under the direction of the PC Manager within Aviation Maintenance Production Control. The role is central to ensuring aircraft operational readiness and meeting customer mission requirements through effective scheduling and maintenance planning.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The Production Control Clerk is responsible for participating in the scheduling of aircraft to achieve contractual operational readiness rates. This involves planning, scheduling, and streamlining all scheduled maintenance actions to provide GDCME and MNG Aviation Command with maximum flexibility in aircraft availability and readiness. A key objective is to streamline work processes to reduce maintenance cycle time while simultaneously improving aircraft maintenance operations and overall readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish daily maintenance organizational goals, objectives, and priorities to achieve stated operational readiness (OR) rates.
• Conduct daily production control meetings to coordinate and synchronize all aviation maintenance support functions.
• Coordinate maintenance training activities and requirements with the Training Manager.
• Support a professional development program in alignment with Saudization-localization initiatives.
• Ensure all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
• Coordinate with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) on matters related to aircraft maintenance, airframes, warranties, and downed aircraft recovery team (DART) activities.
• Complete all aircraft and daily status reports in accordance with AR 700-138.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.

Reporting and Analysis

This role involves producing daily status and other readiness reports as required to provide clear visibility into operational status. The Production Control Clerk will also be responsible for reporting inquiries, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance and supporting maintenance activities to the QC Manager.

Training and Operational Autonomy

A component of this position includes training selected MNG Aviation Command personnel to develop and maintain an effective PC management system and conduct effective PC operations. The Production Control Clerk operates within broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities, retaining significant choice of methods and the authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of their duties.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a related field. The role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time commitment.
