Professional Services Specialist MPS & PCs

About the Role

JCCS is seeking a Professional Services Specialist MPS & PCs to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is centered on the delivery, implementation, and ongoing support of Managed Printing Solutions (MPS) and PC infrastructure as a managed service for our diverse client base.

Role Overview

The specialist will play a key role in understanding client requirements, deploying customized solutions, and ensuring the consistent, optimal performance of their printing and computing environments. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing and maintaining essential IT infrastructure.

Managed Printing Solutions (MPS) Responsibilities

• Assess client printing environments and recommend optimized MPS strategies.
• Deploy and configure MPS hardware and software, including print servers, multifunction printers, and print management/monitoring software.
• Integrate MPS with existing IT infrastructure, such as Active Directory and network policies.
• Monitor and manage print fleets using industry-standard tools like Web Ysoft, Jetadmin, PaperCut, or uniFLOW.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve print-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

PC Infrastructure (Managed Services) Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals according to client standards.
• Install and maintain operating systems, drivers, and productivity software.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements.
• Support imaging and deployment tools.
• Ensure endpoint security compliance and patch management.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in a professional services or IT support role. This experience should specifically include managed printing solutions and PC infrastructure management. A strong understanding of client needs assessment and effective solution deployment is essential for success in this position.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly with clients to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of their printing and computing environments, requiring a proactive and problem-solving approach.
