About the Project and Role

Rashid ICtas Company is seeking a Project Control Manager to join a prestigious mega-infrastructure project in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to a cornerstone initiative within the Kingdom’s strategic transportation network. The project focuses on constructing complex interchanges, bridges, and extensive road systems, aiming to reduce congestion and travel times while enhancing urban mobility and quality of life for residents. This development is fully aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, supporting economic growth through a modern, sustainable, and well-connected transport system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies to ensure successful project execution, utilizing Primavera P6 for timeline and budget monitoring.
• Conduct regular project performance reviews, analyzing key metrics to identify variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, leveraging market analysis and historical data for accurate financial forecasting and resource allocation.
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, specifically involving bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• At least 5 years of experience working directly as a Project Control Manager.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is considered a significant advantage.
