Parsons is currently seeking a Project Control Department Manager to contribute to its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Project Control Department Manager will lead a team of professionals responsible for overseeing every phase of mission-critical programs. This full-time role involves addressing complex construction problems and ensuring robust project control across various initiatives within the local community in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to projects for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.
• Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports as required.
• Manage a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs and performance against established schedules with critical milestones.
• Assess the impact of design/construction changes and schedule slippages on project progress.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a system to illustrate the hierarchy of plans and schedules, keeping project and company management fully informed.
• Coordinate staffing requirements, assign and supervise project work activities, and provide training to personnel.
• Complete performance reviews and facilitate personnel development for assigned employees.
• Recommend and oversee the customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Create statistical reports for management on a recurring or ad-hoc basis.
• Participate in business development efforts by gathering and presenting relevant background data.
• Deliver informal or formal presentations as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in project control and management, demonstrating a strong background in leading teams and overseeing complex programs. The role requires a proven ability to manage project costs, schedules, and performance effectively, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Location and Work Type
