The Role of Project Coordinator

Almarai is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed to support the T&L Projects team, specifically focusing on the SAP system and coordinating with various departments. The Project Coordinator will facilitate and maintain updates for ongoing T&L Projects documentation requirements and requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project quotations and raise purchase requisitions as required.
• Monitor project purchase orders and proactively follow up with Central Procurement.
• Track purchase requisitions within the system to ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Engineering Stores to process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and service entries for completed work.
• Liaise with HO Shared Services regarding invoices for completed projects.
• Coordinate with HO Finance on new and exceptional CAPEX approvals and process approved orders in the system.
• Coordinate monthly project performance reviews and Health & Safety meetings.
• Arrange visit visas for foreign consultants and engineers.

Qualifications and Experience
