About the Role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Project Director to lead key construction projects. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure objectives are met with high quality and efficiency.

Role Overview

The Project Director will manage project teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and maintain a focus on safety and compliance. The position requires a strong background in project management, a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, and proven leadership capabilities. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of project development, from initiation through to completion.
Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure effective resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and resolve issues as they arise.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and expectations.
Monitor project performance and produce regular reports on status and progress.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and budget overruns.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
