About the Role

Aljeel Medical is seeking a Project Execution Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and managing operational and business projects from planning through successful implementation. The Project Execution Lead ensures projects align with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, driving cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and deliver sustainable business outcomes through effective project execution. This includes leading system implementation and change management initiatives across various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of operational and business projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, project charters, RAID logs, and regular status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Quality/Regulatory, and IT to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and variances.
• Drive process improvement and SOP standardization initiatives across warehousing, inventory, and order-to-cash operations.
• Lead the execution and implementation of operational systems, including ERP/WMS modules, inventory and expiry management tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project-related procurement, installation, and services.
• Prepare and present project updates, business cases, key findings, and post-implementation reviews to senior management.
• Ensure projects are executed in line with approved objectives, quality standards, timelines, and business requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with various internal departments and external vendors.
