About the Role

TawanTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in data projects to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves managing and delivering data-related initiatives from their initiation through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within data-focused environments.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of data projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered efficiently. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The role requires a strong focus on execution and adherence to project parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external parties.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies.
• Manage project scope, allocate resources, and ensure the successful delivery of project outputs.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and provide regular project reporting.
• Lead project meetings and follow up on all action items to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure that projects meet both business and technical requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience in Project Management.
• Mandatory hands-on experience managing Data Projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Project Manager will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to drive data initiatives forward. The role requires a proactive approach to project oversight and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
