Project Manager, ELV & AV

Jobzella is seeking a Project Manager ELV & AV on behalf of a leading technology solutions company. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience in project management within the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Audio Visual (AV) sectors.

The company serves a diverse portfolio of commercial and specialized projects, with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce and agree upon project-specific Execution Plans with the Planner.
• Facilitate and document project kick-off meetings to ensure the project team fully understands contractual requirements.
• Produce fully resourced project plans and deliverable schedules for each technical discipline, including supplier and subcontractor responsibilities, aligned with key milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain risk registers for all project stages and recommend/implement mitigating actions.
• Monitor project progress and changes based on deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and update relevant systems to reflect the actual cost-to-completion status of the project.
• Implement the monthly application and follow-up process to ensure timely payment of invoices and enhanced cash flow.
• Lead design process meetings with Civil Contractors, producing actions and minutes for issue to all parties.
• Manage the procurement and performance of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with processes and contract requirements.
• Ensure the implementation of Health & Safety requirements in accordance with current legislation and specified procedures.
• Implement measures to ensure compliance with internal Quality Procedures and Client Quality Assurance.
• Carry out a minimum of fortnightly review meetings with the team and track outputs and actions utilizing project documents.
• Produce a monthly project overview report for review by the Head of Projects/Senior Management, covering programme, financial, contractual, technical, risks, supplier issues, and client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in project management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in managing ELV & AV Projects.
• Experience in the management of large, multi-disciplined, integrated Security Projects.
• Ability to interpret specifications and contract requirements and deliver fully compliant solutions and execution plans.
• Proven ability to lead a major projects design and delivery team.
• Demonstrated capability to control project costs, manage change, identify, and mitigate risk.
• Proficiency in providing detailed financial performance reports and forecasts to an advanced level.
