Emaar Executive (EEC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager ELV / ICT to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves taking complete ownership of ELV and ICT projects from initiation through to closeout.

The Role of Project Manager ELV / ICT

The Project Manager ELV / ICT will be responsible for the overall delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes managing client and consultant relationships, overseeing project planning, handling commercial follow-up, mitigating risks, and monitoring subcontractor performance. Due to the nature and locations of EEC's projects, the role requires flexibility and willingness to travel, relocate, and work across various regions of Saudi Arabia based on project demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned ELV/ICT projects from mobilization to final handover and closeout.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead project progress and coordination meetings.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and execution plans.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, invoicing, and commercial performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, variations, and potential commercial impacts.
• Support Variation Orders (VOs), claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) requirements.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, HSE, and QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Strong client and consultant-facing experience.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, procurement, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and commercial processes.
• Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
• PRINCE2 and relevant ELV/ICT or HSE certifications are considered an advantage.
