About the Role

AECOM Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Manager - Rolling Stock to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing highly complex projects from initiation through to close-out, with a focus on comprehensive project management across various service areas.

Project Scope and Complexity

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing one or more projects characterized by significant complexity. These projects often involve clients with a national geographic footprint and require the delivery of a full spectrum of services. Additional complexities may include elements such as litigation, environmental protection, or due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, from initial planning to final close-out.
• Exercise consenting and regulatory authority for project approvals.
• Oversee and guide other Project Managers within the team.
• Ensure projects involving national clients are executed effectively.
• Coordinate the delivery of a full range of services for complex projects.
• Address specific project complexities such as those related to litigation, environmental protection, and due diligence.
