The Role of Project Manager Spatial Experiences

BeWunder is seeking a Project Manager Spatial Experiences to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading international projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to quality, deadlines, and cost controls. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex international projects through all phases, including organization and control.
• Oversee the development and implementation of master project schedules.
• Monitor project quality, deadlines, and cost control.
• Conduct project reviews and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
• Participate in the tender process, including design, submission, and review.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions.
• Tender, negotiate, and award supplier contracts for subcontracting services.
• Collaborate with Crew Management on resource planning for assigned projects using EasyJob software.
• Work with QHSE on site projects to ensure deliveries meet HSE / QAQC requirements and compliances.
• Continuously build and maintain a strong network of clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in managing project quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Proficiency in risk evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with resource planning software such as EasyJob is beneficial.
• Understanding of HSE / QAQC requirements and compliance.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team of industry experts on diverse projects across various scales and complexities.
