About the Role

A Confidential Government organization in Riyadh is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle. This full-time position requires a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in project management, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for guiding complex projects from initiation through to successful delivery. This role demands proficiency in project management methodologies, effective stakeholder engagement, and strategic resource allocation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position also involves utilizing analytical skills to manage project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive change effectively, all while focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate project team activities, establishing clear roles and responsibilities while promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as needed.
  • Monitor and communicate project performance metrics, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate updates.
  • Conduct resource allocation and forecasting to optimize team capacities and balance workloads.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enhance the project delivery process through lessons learned sessions.
  • Ensure all project documentation is produced and maintained to high standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and advocate for best practices in project management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience utilizing project management software and tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills
