This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks and changes, and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinating project activities and allocating resources effectively.
• Monitoring project execution to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Engaging with and coordinating project stakeholders, managing their expectations and requirements.
• Facilitating clear communication among project teams and business owners, including conducting project meetings and tracking action items.
• Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Managing and reviewing project change requests, escalating critical items as needed.
• Monitoring project performance against approved plans and ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Ensuring compliance with project standards and quality requirements, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress.
• Preparing project reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Applying approved project management methodologies and templates.
• Supporting the preparation of scopes of work and project documentation.
