About the Role

NextMatch AI is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The company is developing an AI platform designed to streamline the hiring process by connecting verified candidates directly with employer systems. This role is integral to NextMatch AI's expansion and operations within Saudi Arabia, a market undergoing significant digital transformation.

Role Context and Key Initiatives

The Project Manager will oversee critical projects supporting NextMatch AI's growth in the Kingdom. This position is suited for a delivery-focused professional experienced in establishing structure within dynamic environments. Key initiatives include:

• Localization & AI Rollouts: Adapting the AI platform for the Saudi market.
• Enterprise Integrations: Managing API connections with major Saudi government entities and private corporations.
• Process Optimization: Driving internal automation to support scaling operations.
• Strategic Initiatives: Supporting launches aligned with local digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning, tracking, and delivering projects within defined timelines and scope.
• Coordinating effectively between engineering, product teams, and Saudi-based clients or partners.
• Identifying potential project risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including milestones and progress reports.
• Leading regular status reviews and providing clear updates to the leadership team.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of PMO frameworks and workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Delivery Lead in the Tech/SaaS sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work-streams concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or ********
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Work Location and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Riyadh and available to work KSA business hours. The salary range for this role is SAR 45,000 – SAR 65,000 per month, commensurate with experience and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional desirable qualifications include:

• Experience within the Saudi tech ecosystem or involvement with Giga-projects.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Familiarity with local HR regulations and the Saudi labor market.
