About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project execution in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on achieving operational, financial, and managerial objectives in alignment with company standards, ensuring smooth site operations and timely delivery.

Role Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for managing budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves close coordination with Area, Regional, and Headquarters teams to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial, managerial, and operational functions related to project contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage and control the project budget, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
Ensure the continuous availability of spare parts, consumables, and necessary materials for uninterrupted operations.
Implement and monitor the preventive maintenance program, maintaining accurate records.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate senior personnel to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
Coordinate closely with Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Headquarters staff for consistent project execution and communication.
Oversee site operations to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Promote discipline, safety, and professionalism among all staff members across project sites.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team competency and performance standards.
Conduct regular project status reviews and submit progress reports to senior management.
Optimize manpower utilization, ensuring appropriate personnel assignment.
Evaluate the performance of senior staff and provide constructive feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with organizational strategic goals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Perform additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.
Proven track record in ensuring project delivery on time and within quality standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active management of site operations and coordination with various internal teams.
